Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United States via USPS.
- Flat-rate shipping: $9.95
- Free shipping: Automatically applied to orders of $79 or more (before tax and after discounts).
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Transit time: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment, depending on your location and USPS service.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please reach out using our Contact page and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your order and help find a solution.
Eligibility
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.
- In general, products should be in their original condition and packaging.
- For reasons of product integrity and safety, we may decline returns that are heavily used or damaged.
In some cases, we may not require you to ship the product back; we’ll confirm this with you once we’ve reviewed your request.
How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are typically issued to the original form of payment.
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Square) and may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or damaged item).
